Legendary Salim Khoury is back!
The legendary barman will be at The Nai Harn again until mid-February 2020.
The former Head Barman of the famous American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London, Salim Khoury joined the American Bar in 1969 and worked there for more than 30 years before he was appointed the 10th Head Barman in 2003. During his illustrious career he also won the UK “Barman of the Year” award in 1992 with his cocktail tribute to Princess Diana, the “Blushing Monarch”. With his help, the American Bar was also voted The World’s Best Bar in 2017.
Salim visits The Nai Harn every year for one month to work with our team on the fine art of mixology and to celebrate his association with The Nai Harn, he has created a number of our signature cocktails.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with the man himself on Thursdays and Saturdays at Cosmo Bar.

The Damilano family Barolo business dates back to 1890 when Giuseppe Borgogno, the great grandfather of the winery’s current owners, began to vinify his own estate wines. The town of Barolo resides in the generous and beautiful Langhe region, and its name was taken on by this “king of wines.”
Paolo, Mario and Guido Damilano, the fourth generation, have brought new vigor to the family business as a new generation of Piedmont winemakers. They continually seek innovations to further refine Damilano’s production.
Join Guido Damilano as he personally will present you his wines, which accompany a 5-course gourmet menu prepared by Michelin star chef Massimo Camia, known for his, outstanding cooking of traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited with intelligence and style.
A good cup of coffee tastes even better when enjoyed right by a soft sand beach and that’s exactly why we have introduced freshly brewed coffee from 06:30 to 10:30 every morning at Cosmo restaurant and bar.
Cold brewed coffee is a method of brewing that combines ground coffee and cool water and uses time instead of heat to extract the flavor. Its complex taste is accentuated through the cold drip process and can be easily differentiated from a traditional hot brew.
We have three choices of cold-brew coffee, produced fresh daily from our own cold drip coffee makers and bottled individually.

Chef Mark and his team treat your taste buds with delicious imported Australian mussels at our beachfront restaurant Rock Salt. We prepared them in two styles – classic Moules Marinières or Yellow Curry Mussels steamed with creamy local coconut milk and coriander. Here at The Nai Harn we take pride in the freshness of our produce, so be sure to book your mussels early. It’s every Friday for dinner until stocks last.
