Central Phuket Food Fighter 2019 got the first champion, taking total prize of 145,000 baht.
Phuket got the Food Fighter 2019 “Mr. Thongchai Aunphun”, the first champion of Central Phuket Food Fighter 2019 made the record of eating 5 ramen bowls within 30 minutes in this event held by Central Phuket between 17-31 May 2019, with over 300 restaurants and beverage shops joining in.

A period of 18-19 May 2019 is a qualifying round for selecting 8 food fight winners from 8 restaurants to compete in the final round on 26 May 2019 for winning total prize of over 2 hundred thousand baht. The Central Phuket Food Fighter 2019 is held to proclaim Phuket City’s position as the global tourism city and one of 18 creative cities of gastronomy by UNESCO.
Phuket is the first city of Thailand and ASEAN which has received this praise, bringing pride to Phuket people.

The attending restaurants of a qualifying round during 18-19 May 2019 include YOU&I PREMIUM SUKI BUFFET, FUKU MATCHA, MOVENPICK, CHILLI THAI RESTAURANT, THAI BRASSERIE BY BLUE ELEPHANT, HONAJI RAMEN, MAIMORN CUISINE, and THE PIZZA COMPANY.

The attending restaurants of World Eating Challenge Round during 24-26 May 2019 include MC DONALD’S , SUKUSHI, TAI OMAKASE BY RED SNAPPER, MAIMORN CUISINE, ROCK&BABY, HONAJI RAMEN, LITTLE MERMAID, and PINT FACTORY. The winner of each restaurant will receive leading restaurant vouchers in Central Phuket with worth of 2,000 baht each.
