Under the “Seaside Scallops” promotion at Big Fish & Bar this March, guests can choose from four mouth-watering dishes, using the finest American or Japanese scallops. The “Ceviche Style” option (THB 690++) features finely-sliced US scallops, blended with coconut, pomelo, fennel and miso for a fresh and vibrant dish, while the local-style “Pad Cha” (THB 950++) stir-fries US scallops together with green pepper, chili and basil for an authentic taste of Thailand.
Alternatively, guests can savor sublime scallops from Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost island. These highly-prized shellfish can be enjoyed either “Pan-Seared” (THB 1,600++) and served with Saffron risotto, Pancetta, green asparagus, or “Baked Gratin Style” (THB 1,600++) with garlic, parsley, baby spinach and mashed potatoes.
