March 2018, Krabi – Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort hosted an exciting 70pax Thai cooking class, with participants from companies around the world. Led by the resort’s celebrity Indian chef Rahul Negi, participants watched as he made Pad Thai, Tom Yam Kung (Spicy Soup with Prawn), Spring Roll, Chicken with Cashew nuts, and Mango Sticky Rice. Afterwards, they made their own versions as part of a team-cooking competition. Everyone had a great time, and got to enjoy some authentic Thai cuisine.
