Discover the Wonder of Australian Westholme Wagyu this December at Goji Kitchen + Bar

Bangkok, Thailand, 30 November 2023 – Goji Kitchen + Bar, the international culinary marketplace at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting diners to experience Australia’s most mouth-watering meat: Australian Westholme Wagyu, which is reared in the vast grasslands of Queensland and the Northern Territory
to produce meat that exudes an extraordinarily rich flavor, texture and marbling.

This December, Goji Kitchen + Bar, the international culinary marketplace, will collaborate with Gourmet One, the importer of premium Australian produce, to showcase various cuts of prime Wagyu beef. Explore a wide range of Asian and global styles, from seared and sliced to braised, wok-fried, and grilled to perfection on our wood-fired Parilla grill.

As part of the restaurant’s popular international buffet lunches, dinners and Sunday brunch, guests can discover 15 special dishes crafted using Australian Westholme Wagyu. A dedicated Slice Station will present a trio of Asian-inspired creations: Thai soi ju (Thai-style beef carpaccio), shabu-shabu with miso & Sichuan broth, and nigiri sushi and maki rolls with seared wagyu. Lovers of Asian cuisine can also savor three Asian Grill dishes: Thai marinated beef brisket, double-grilled ox tongue, and Korean marinated ribs.

Goji Kitchen + Bar’s culinary experts will be tossing up two new dishes From the Wok, krapao neua wagyu mor hin (stir-fried beef with chili and homegrown basil in a stone pot), and Chinese-style stir-fried beef with black pepper, and four indulgent dishes From the Pot, including slow-cooked short rib of beef with risotto, braised
beef cheeks with red wine sauce, braised beef noodles, and double-boiled oxtail soup.

And of course, meat lovers will be able to savor the finest Australian Westholme Wagyu beef, cooked to perfection on the flaming Parilla Grill. These limited-edition, mouth-watering menu items include slow-roasted rump steak, chargrilled prime rib of beef, and Brazilian-style steak with chimichurri sauce.
