This event will be hosted at Royal Orchid Sheraton Ballroom, 2nd Floor of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok on Saturday, December 21, 2024, commencing at 6:00 PM.
This special black-tie gala dinner brings together eight distinguished Italian chefs to present their exceptional culinary craftsmanship through exceptional 4-course masterpieces, with each course showcasing the signature dishes of two master chefs. Inspired by the rich tapestry of Italian flavors and traditions, this exquisite dining experience will be a true symphony of the senses. The evening will be further complemented by a captivating jazz performance by the Mauro Monti Quintet, setting the stage for a symphony of flavors orchestrated with the magnificent backdrop of the Chao Phraya River.
