Guests can choose from a Northern Lanna Set (spicy tomato, minced pork chili paste, spicy galangal chili paste, crab meat, roasted young chili paste, crispy fried pork belly, and boiled local vegetables) at 420++, Sai Oua Moo (spicy pork & herb sausage with minced pork and pork ear tendon) at 298++, Laab Kua Aew Mueang (spicy pork salad with crispy pork belly, mini Northern Thai sausage and local vegetables) at 324++, Gaeng Hung Lay Kha Moo (slow-cooked sweet & sour yellow curry with pork leg, fresh ginger, sweet pickled garlic, and cashew nuts) at 398++, Jor Pak Gad (spicy & sour curry with pork ribs, mountain cabbage, fried garlic, and fried chili), and Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiao (Sour tomato curry with rice noodles, pork ribs, dried opera flowers, fried shallots, and stir-fried dried chilies & garlic) at 298++,
Every culinary journey can end on a sweet note with a choice of traditional Lanna desserts: Khanom Paad I-tim Guay (sticky rice with cane sugar and young coconut, served with sun-dried banana ice cream) at 210++, and Khanom Piak Tanyaput (sweet sticky rice with grains, creamy coconut and young coconut) at 190++.
