Derived from Japanese black Wagyu cattle, sustainably reared in the rich and fertile plains of Western Australia, this premium beef has a fantastic flavor, succulent texture and deep marbling to create a taste sensation that simply melts in the mouth. This exceptional ingredient is imported to Thailand by Jagota, a leading distributor of premium ingredients.

For one night only, on Thursday 2 May 2024 (16:30 to 22:30 hrs.), the talented chefs at The Crystal Grill House will highlight prime cuts of Margaret River Wagyu beef in a mesmerizing five-course dinner, perfectly paired with curated wines from Margaret River and served in a sparkling waterside setting.

This gastronomic journey will commence with a trio of amuse bouches: cured dill salmon, Hokkaido scallop with watermelon and avocado wasabi, and pulled beef brisket croquette with pickled jalapeño. This will be followed by an enticing appetizer of beef tartare, crafted using the freshest Margaret River Wagyu beef complemented with bone marrow, caviar, pickled papaya and sourdough.

A sublime seafood course will present sustainably-sourced toothfish, cooked until tender and flaky and served with chargrilled fennel, crispy kale and a creamy mussel sauce. The mouth-watering main course will then showcase tender Margaret River Wagyu striploin with white asparagus, potato purée and oxtail sauce.

This culinary odyssey concludes with an indulgent Amaretto panna cotta, served with chargrilled pineapple, cape gooseberries, and pop rock candy. The perfect end to an unforgettable evening.
