At a candlelit table for two, serenaded by smooth saxophone tunes, couples will be treated to a freshly-shucked Marennes oyster with red shallot vinaigrette, followed by luxurious foie gras with raspberry, hazelnut and flowers. After a ruby red course of beetroot carpaccio and purée with goat’s cheese, marinated figs and truffle, diners will be able to savor succulent beef tenderloin with radicchio and bacon, dressed with aged balsamic. This enchanting evening concludes with a Valrhona red chocolate heart with strawberries and tonka beans.
Available for Valentine’s Day dinner at Big Fish & Bar (17.00 to 22.00 hrs), this memorable meal is priced at THB 5,600++ per person, including one glass of Ernest Rapeneau Brut Champagne, or THB 16,000++ per couple including one bottle of premium GH Mumm Champagne.
