Diners can choose from lobster sashimi, which has been carefully prepared to highlight the sweet flavor and succulent texture of the fresh lobster, lobster baked in thickened superior stock, for a rich and rewarding dining experience, or lobster steamed with fragrant garlic and glass noodles, for a vibrant taste sensation.
Alternatively, guests can explore the bold and lively flavors of southwest China’s Sichuan province with Chef Oscar’s heavenly lobster stir-fried with ginger and spring onions and the tantalizing lobster stir-fried with chili and salt.
