Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort hosted its annual ‘CSR’ Activity at the Krabi Special Education Center
On August 8th 2019, Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort has by Mr. Vincent Durier, Resident Manager, Ms. Meeporn Oeawpanich, Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications and hotel team member organized an annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity at the Krabi Special Education Center, a school for children with learning difficulties and disabilities. In similar fashion to the activity held last year, the event began with some welcoming remarks courtesy of the emcee and distinguished guests.
This was followed by the introduction of the first activity, where children were invited to dance to songs like “Fortune Cookie” and “Hula Hula” as well as games like Musical Chairs and Balloon Stomp, which were enjoyed by all. The children then enjoyed another round of dances to songs “Only You” and “Baby Shark” before being given resources for drawing and painting.
After all the activities had come to a close, the hotel representatives then awarded the Krabi Special Education Center with scholarships, prizes, stationery and Pillows made of tubes. All participants, children and volunteers then enjoyed a delicious lunch to end the afternoon on a high note.
