The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to celebrate the arrival of spring with the Egg-quisite Easter Sunday Brunch from 12:30 – 3:30 PM on April 9, 2023, at VIU restaurant, offering the perfect opportunity for friends and family to gather together and celebrate the joy of the season.
This culinary event offers an entertaining lineup of kids’ activities, such as balloon twisting and face painting. Younger guests can also partake in festive Easter activities such as egg hunting, painting Easter eggs, and exploring the coloring corner.
To pay tribute to the spirit of Easter, the Sunday feast includes a selection of classic egg dishes such as Caprese Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, Classic Deviled Eggs, Kaizen Don (salmon egg and shrimp egg), and Frittata (oven egg baked).
The buffet experience at VIU also has premium dishes including all-you-can-eat servings of Australian Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb, and Whole French Baked Chicken from the carving station. Guests also have a range of Thai appetizers and hot dishes, as well as a tempting dessert corner with Easter-themed treats including Belgian Chocolate Mousse, Carrot Patch Cheesecake, and Chocolate Hot Cross Bun.
