Lavish lobster temptations at Summer Palace

12 April 2024, Bangkok, Thailand: Summer Palace Cantonese restaurant offers a tantalising journey of culinary exploration with a selection of succulent, fresh and generously sized dishes during the month of May.

Prepared by Executive Chinese Chef, Shui Wing Yau and his culinary team, this seafood extravaganza showcases the rich flavours of Boston and Phuket lobsters.

These cold and warm water delicacies are cooked to a variety of Cantonese recipes that accentuate their sweet and tender essence.

The adventure begins with delicate wontons generously filled with chunks of Boston lobster meat to create a smooth and sensual lobster soup. An interplay of tastes and textures tempts with the crispy Boston lobster and salted egg yolk, a harmonious fusion of crunch and succulence.

Phuket lobster, famous for its size and sweetness, is wok-fried with dry chilli and Chinese black olives, a mesmerising blend of aromatic spices and fresh seafood.

Priced from THB 768++ per dish, the Boston and Phuket lobster menu is available between 3 May 2024 to 31 May 2024 from 11.30 to 14.30 hours for lunch and 18.00 to 22.30 hours for dinner.
