Guest bartenders bring a taste Hong Kong-style innovation to Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra

The dynamic duo served their best cocktail recipes

 and hosted a special mixologist class for guests

Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra welcomes two guest bartenders, Danny Tekar and Anthony Bellanger from Ophelia Bar in Hong Kong, that introduced six signature cocktails for guests to indulge in over the resort’s Explorer Bar on 20 November 2018.

Danny has been recognised at many Hong Kong-based bar awards, and was among the top eight finalists at the BACARDÍ® Legacy Cocktail Competition in 2015, while Anthony had worked at The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort and The Marlborough Hotel, one of the top pubs in Sydney, Australia.

Among the many creative selections on offer, the duo have been showcasing Ophelia’s Home-made Gin and Tonic, Golden Feather, Harajuku Tini, Colada Verde, Rose Fizz and Peacock Cooler.
