The celebratory set menu commences with a trio of enticing appetizers: Crispy Fried Prawn and Fresh Fruit Salad in Creamy Dressing, Jellyfish in Sichuan Sauce, and Shaoxing Drunken Chicken.
These delectable dishes will be followed by a trio of mouth-watering main courses: Braised Spinach and Seafood Soup with Bean Curd, Deep-fried Black Grouper with Laoganma Sauce, and Crispy Egg Noodles with BBQ Pork in Superior Stock.
To end this evening of epicurean excellence, diners will be treated to a dreamy “East meets West” dessert of Moutai Tiramisu – a unique take on the Italian classic sweet that uses one of China’s most famous spirits.
