Throughout the month of November, head chef Akalak and his talented culinary team will create a series of delectable Thai and international dishes that showcase the sweet and succulent flavor of Phuket lobster.

Enticing options include simple but sublime charcoal grilled Phuket lobster served with spicy seafood sauce and garlic fried rice, and classic Phuket lobster thermidor, a rich and indulgent dish accompanied with truffle mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Alternatively, diners can enjoy two Thai-style dishes: stir-fried Phuket lobster with cashew nuts, accompanied by onion, capsicum, chive, curry powder; and stir-fried Phuket lobster with black pepper, garlic, peppercorns and spring onion. Both dishes are served with steamed Thai rice.

Finally, guests can savor a delectable Italian dish of Phuket lobster with squid ink spaghetti aglio e olio. Whichever dish you choose, our chefs guarantee that you will fall in love at first bite!
