White asparagus is often referred to as the “royal vegetable” due to its delicate taste and historical popularity among European nobility.

To mark this culinary occasion, the talented chefs at Akira Back have crafted a series of delectable dishes that showcase white asparagus. Diners can choose from classic grilled white asparagus with black garlic butter, seaweed caviar and Maldon salt (THB 740++), a simple yet elegant dish that highlights the vegetable’s natural flavor, or a seafood sensation: roasted Chilean sea bass with miso-marinated white asparagus and yuzu beurre blanc (THB 1,250++).

Alternatively, meat lovers can discover the succulent ribeye toban yaki, a tender Australian Angus steak served on a sizzling hotplate and accompanied with white asparagus and mixed mushrooms (THB 1,350++), or premium Japanese A5 wagyu steak, served with white asparagus, pearl onion and beef jus (THB 4,100++).
